JoAnn Wall brings more than 25 years of experience in agricultural real estate and rural property valuation to Legacy & Land Group. As an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA), she has built a respected career helping landowners, investors, lenders, attorneys, and public agencies understand the value of some of California’s most unique agricultural properties.

Before becoming an appraiser, JoAnn spent nearly a decade in agricultural banking, where she developed a deep appreciation for both the business of agriculture and the people who make their living from the land. That foundation, combined with decades of appraisal and brokerage experience, allows her to provide thoughtful guidance on vineyards, ranches, orchards, development land, and legacy properties throughout California.

Growing up in a family of developers and homebuilders, Vali Nemetz developed a passion for land and real estate from an early age. Today, she brings more than 20 years of experience as a California Real Estate Broker and an MBA in Real Estate to clients throughout California.

Vali specializes in agricultural land, vineyards, ranches, development opportunities, and legacy estates. Her background in land acquisition, entitlements, residential development, and brokerage gives her a unique ability to see possibilities others often overlook, helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions about some of California’s most unique properties.

Known for her warm personality and creative problem-solving, Vali enjoys building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity.
